SMOSYN Digitals is a UK-based AI automation consultancy helping small and medium-sized businesses streamline their operations through intelligent workflow automation. We design, build, and maintain custom automation solutions that save time, reduce errors, and drive growth.

Where are you based? +

We are based in Bridgend, Wales, UK. We serve businesses across the UK, with particular experience in the Welsh market and knowledge of Welsh Government business support programmes.

What types of businesses do you work with? +

We work primarily with UK-based SMEs across professional services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, tourism, and food & drink. Our solutions are built for businesses that have outgrown manual processes and want intelligent automation without vendor lock-in.

Are you UK GDPR compliant? +

Yes. All our solutions are designed with UK GDPR compliance built in. We ensure data protection, privacy by design, and provide documentation to support your compliance obligations.

What services do you offer? +

We offer four core services: CRM & Lead Management Automation, Customer Support Automation, Operations & Process Automation, and AI-Enhanced Website Design & Development. We also build custom solutions for specific business needs.

Can you integrate with our existing systems? +

Yes. Integration with your existing tools is a core part of our service. We connect your automation with your current CRM, email systems, databases, and other business tools to create seamless workflows without disrupting what already works.

Do you offer training for our team? +

Yes. Training is included with all our implementations. We train your team to use, manage, and maintain the automation – so you are never dependent on us to keep things running.

What tools and platforms do you work with? +

We primarily build on n8n for workflow automation, Supabase for data, OpenAI for AI capabilities, and Google Workspace for communication. Every component we choose can be replaced – we never build in vendor lock-in by design.

Do you build websites as well as automation? +

Yes. We offer AI-enhanced website design and development as a standalone service, and we can connect your website directly to your automation stack – so enquiry forms, lead capture, and support chat all feed into your workflows automatically.

Do you publish your prices? +

No. We don't publish fixed rates because no two projects are the same. Every quote follows a free consultation where we understand your needs, scope, and preferred delivery model. This ensures you pay for what you actually need – not a generic package.

What delivery models do you offer? +

We offer three models: Outright Build (we design and build, you own everything), Managed Retainer (we host and manage on a monthly basis), and Hybrid (start managed, buy out when ready). We recommend the right model based on your team's technical capability and how much you want to own vs outsource.

Is there a minimum project size? +

We don't have a formal minimum, but we focus on projects where automation creates genuine business value. The best starting point is a free consultation – we'll tell you honestly whether automation makes sense for your situation right now.

Are there ongoing costs after delivery? +

For Outright Build projects, there are no mandatory ongoing costs – you own everything. Optional support retainers are available if you want us to handle updates and optimisations. For Managed Retainer projects, the monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and minor updates.

Implementation 4

How long does implementation take? +

Timelines vary by project scope. A single workflow automation typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full automation stack (CRM + lead generation + customer support) typically takes 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline during the consultation.

Will implementation disrupt our current operations? +

We design implementations to run in parallel with your existing processes. You approve and test before anything goes live. There is no big-bang switchover – automation is introduced gradually with your team in control at every stage.

What do you need from us to get started? +

The most important thing is time for an initial consultation – typically 45–60 minutes. We'll need access to the tools and systems we're integrating with, and a point of contact on your team who understands your current processes. Everything else we can guide you through.

Do we need technical staff to manage the automation? +

No. We build and document everything so that non-technical staff can manage day-to-day operations. For more advanced changes, our support retainer gives you access to us directly. Our goal is to make you independent, not dependent.

What support do you provide after delivery? +

All projects include a handover period with documentation and training. Optional ongoing support retainers cover monitoring, bug fixes, minor updates, and quarterly reviews. Response times depend on the retainer tier.

What happens if something breaks? +

For Managed Retainer clients, we monitor your automation and address issues proactively. For Outright Build clients, we provide thorough documentation and training so your team can handle most issues independently – and we're available for support when needed.
